Protein Bars
Perfect for a on the go snack!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Vanilla or Chocolate protein powder
- 4 cups granola of choice
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or other nut of choice
- 1 cup dried cranberries optional
- shredded coconut optional
- 2 cups organic maple syrup
- 2 cups organic, creamy peanut butter or almond butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients
- Add the wet ingredients
- Press mixture into 9 x 13 pan
- Cover the top with a layer of shredded coconut (optional) and press into the surface of the mixture.
- Refrigerate
- Cut into bars when mixture is solid.
- Keep refrigerated
