Protein Bars

Perfect for a on the go snack!
Course Snack


  • 2 cups Vanilla or Chocolate protein powder
  • 4 cups granola of choice
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or other nut of choice
  • 1 cup dried cranberries optional
  • shredded coconut optional
  • 2 cups organic maple syrup
  • 2 cups organic, creamy peanut butter or almond butter


  • In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients
  • Add the wet ingredients
  • Press mixture into 9 x 13 pan
  • Cover the top with a layer of shredded coconut (optional) and press into the surface of the mixture.
  • Refrigerate
  • Cut into bars when mixture is solid.
  • Keep refrigerated
